How It Works
Initiating the legal process typically involves engaging in a client consultation to evaluate the case and determine the suitable next steps.
Consultation
The initial step in the legal process involves an in-depth consultation with the client to thoroughly assess their needs, concerns, and objectives within the legal context.
Assessment of the Merits
The attorneys will then assess
the case and provide legal opinion to client, as well as
the prospects of success and
a free projection.
Mandate & Fee Agreement
The client will then sign a mandate and fee agreement and pay the required amount of money.
Strategize
The legal team engages in strategic planning sessions, devising a well-thought-out approach to address the client's specific legal challenges and goals effectively.
Take Action
The legal team proactively takes action according to the formulated strategy, initiating the necessary legal procedures and processes on behalf of the client.
